Lake Manyara National Park is full of beautiful plants and animals. As soon as you enter Lake Manyara, tropical birds and monkeys playing in the beautiful jungle greet you

Lake Manyara National Park

In the “woodland landscape” of Lake Manyara National Park, there is a good chance of seeing elephants. As you go farther, this forest gets less dense and slowly turns into a grassy area. You can also go to the “Hippo pool” at Manyara. A great show where you can often find a lot of hippos who stay there from early morning until late at night. The park is also home to a wide range of animals.

Rift Valley Escarpment

You can also see the beautiful Rift Valley Escarpment, which is 400 meters deep. About 22 to 25 million years ago, when the earth’s crust was weakening and breaking up, this was made. This made a split that went across thousands of miles of eastern Africa. It’s so big that you can see it from space. Many animals like to come to this valley because it has interesting landscapes. For example, you can find dense jungle-like forests where hundreds of groups of monkeys and many birds live. There is also the famous lake Lake Manyara, which is what the national park is named for.
